The southern circuit at Ishasha is where you can see lions climbing in trees. They prefer large fig-trees, that grow along the southern circuit. The track is difficult to follow hence an experienced guide or driver is good to have.
The Soutehrn circuit is between 16 and 25 km long dependent on how many fig trees you want to pass.
